 DeLuxe transfer service which includes cleaning the record and transferring the audio to a computer. An audio engineer listens to the recording and selects appropriate filtering algorithms to remove audible annoyances, checking by ear as the procedures are applied. The processed files are burned to an archival gold CD. The jewel case label identifies the source and lists vital data from the source label. The price is $38.00/record.
 Standard transfer service, which includes cleaning the record and transferring the audio to a computer. Selective filtering is applied to improve sound quality. The processed files are burned to a high quality CD and enclosed in a plastic sleeve. The price is $18.00/record.
 I am the owner of the enclosed recordings and I respect the copyright laws. I request only one copy of each and I agree that the materials being copied are not for the purpose of duplicating, distribution, or redistribution, publishing, broadcasting, net casting or any other form of digital or analog copying and distribution.

Based on the above I estimate that my cost for transferring the records to CD transfer is: $_______ plus a $13.00 flat rate return S&H of all records.  Audio Video Memories may not charge my credit card more without my approval.
