I am enclosing _______reels of 1/4" audio tape. Please transfer them to CD using your:

Standard transfer service which includes transferring the audio to a computer. An audio engineer listens to the recording and selects appropriate filtering algorithms to remove audible annoyances, checking by ear as the procedures are applied. The processed file is indexed by track number, if applicable, and burned to an archival gold CD. The price is $0.85/minute of recording with a minimum of $25.00/tape.
Economy transfer service, which includes  transferring the audio to a computer. Automatic filtering is applied to improve sound quality. The digitized files are burned to a high quality CD. The price is $0.40/minute of recording with minimum of $15.00/tape.

I am the owner of the enclosed recordings and I respect the copyright laws. I request only one copy of each and I agree that the materials being copied are not for the purpose of duplicating, distribution, or redistribution, publishing, broadcasting, net casting or any other form of digital or analog copying and distribution.
